Returns and Refunds Policy

1. No Returns

Due to the nature of the products sold by Saatvic Foodss, including but not limited to perishable and consumable food items, all sales are final.

Saatvic Foodss does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been delivered or picked up.

This policy is strictly enforced to ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and public health standards.

2. Refund Review Process

Although returns are not accepted, Saatvic Foodss may, at its sole discretion, review requests for refunds in limited circumstances.

To request a refund review, the customer must submit a written request via email to:

support@saatvicfoodss.com

The request must include:

  • Customer name and order number

  • Date of purchase and delivery or pickup

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Supporting documentation or photographic evidence, where applicable

Refund review requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of order delivery or pickup. Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

3. Grounds for Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered solely for the following reasons:

  • Delivery of an incorrect product

  • Missing items in the order

  • Verified product quality or safety concerns reported within the required timeframe

Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:

  • Customer dissatisfaction related to taste, preference, or personal dietary choices

  • Improper storage, handling, or consumption after delivery

  • Delays or failures caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Failure to be available at the time of delivery or pickup

  • Requests made outside the stated review period

4. Determination and Processing of Refunds

All refund determinations are made solely at the discretion of Saatvic Foodss following review of the submitted information.

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment only

  • Processing times may vary and typically require five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution

Saatvic Foodss reserves the right to issue a partial refund or store credit where deemed appropriate.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saatvic Foodss shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the purchase or consumption of its products.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable Texas law.

6. Compliance with Texas Law

This Returns and Refunds Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA).

All material terms of this policy are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

7. Policy Modifications

Saatvic Foodss reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
