• Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability or final acceptance of your order.

Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to addresses within our service area as specified during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses or unavailability of recipients.

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Fresh and perishable products cannot be returned once delivered unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unopened condition.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
